There are ski towns and then there is Aspen.

Aspen has a way of bringing out your best moves. ⛷️😄

I've skied a lot of mountains — Deer Valley, Jackson Hole, Snowbird, St. Moritz, St. Anton, Chamonix. Aspen sits in its own category. Not necessarily because the skiing is the most challenging — it has serious terrain I deliberately avoided 😄 — but because the entire experience, from the moment you arrive to the moment you reluctantly leave, is unlike anything else in American skiing.

I'm Alex — a petite independent luxury escort based in Park City, Utah. Aspen is one of my favorite places and a natural destination for anyone who appreciates world class skiing, extraordinary food, legendary après ski and people watching that rivals St. Moritz. If you're heading there and want a companion who actually knows the mountain — I'm your person. 😊

Getting There ✈️

Skip the four-hour drive from Denver. Fly directly into Aspen/Pitkin County Airport — one of the most dramatic airport approaches in the world, descending between towering mountain walls with the Rockies filling every window. It's slightly terrifying and completely spectacular. Worth it entirely.

From Park City I'm a short connection away — easy, straightforward and I arrive ready for everything Aspen has to offer.

The Skiing ⛷️

Aspen isn't one mountain — it's four. Aspen Mountain, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk — each with its own personality, each extraordinary in its own way.

I've skied Aspen Mountain and Snowmass and I stick to the blues — Aspen has some seriously challenging terrain that I was happy to admire from a safe distance. 😄 The blues are beautifully groomed with wide open terrain that lets you actually ski rather than just survive.

Cloud 9 — The Best Après Ski in America 🍾🥂

I have to tell you about Cloud 9.

It's a cozy restaurant-bar tucked inside a small cabin on Snowmass — with outdoor seating on sunny days — that you ski to in the afternoon. Already a perfect concept. But what happens there is decidedly spring-break-energy and I mean that as the highest possible compliment. 😄

As the afternoon progresses, the music gets louder, the champagne comes out — and then the squirt guns appear. Actual champagne squirt guns. The staff and guests spray each other with abandon until everyone is absolutely soaking wet, a DJ is spinning, and the entire cabin is dancing. Then — and this is the part that still makes me laugh — you clip back into your skis and ski the rest of the way down the mountain.

I've experienced some extraordinary après ski in my life. I've been to St. Anton in Austria — where they let you dance on giant long wooden tables in your ski boots, something American liability laws would never permit — and even by that standard, Cloud 9 is something special. Completely, gloriously, memorably unhinged in the best possible way. 🍾

If you're going to Aspen and you don't go to Cloud 9, you've made a mistake. I will not be held responsible for your choices. 😄

The J-Bar at Hotel Jerome 🥃

After the mountain, there is only one place to go.

The J-Bar inside the historic Hotel Jerome is my favorite bar in Aspen — possibly one of my favorite bars anywhere. Dark wood, masculine energy, the kind of place that has been the center of Aspen's social life for over a century. The people watching is extraordinary — the particular mix of serious skiers, old money, new money and everyone in between that makes Aspen's social scene so endlessly interesting.

I nursed a $30 espresso martini here and I regret nothing. It was worth every penny. 😄

The Food 🍽️

Aspen takes its food seriously and it shows.

Matsuhisa — Nobu Matsuhisa's Aspen outpost is my favorite sushi in town. Extraordinary quality, beautiful presentation, exactly what you want after a long day on the mountain.

White House Tavern — one of the most versatile and satisfying restaurants in Aspen. The kind of place that works for every mood and every occasion, which is rarer than it sounds.

Late night pizza — sometimes after a long Aspen evening the only correct answer is oven-fired pizza somewhere warm and unpretentious. Aspen has options and they're wonderful.

The nightlife in Aspen goes into the genuinely wee hours — this is not a town that goes to bed early. Which suits me perfectly. 😊

The People Watching 👀

Aspen's social scene is best compared to St. Moritz — and I've been to St. Moritz, so that comparison is genuine.

The particular mix of extraordinary wealth, genuine ski culture, international visitors and Aspen's own eccentric long-term residents creates a people watching environment that is frankly unmatched in American skiing. Sitting at the J-Bar with a good drink and nowhere particular to be is one of the great pleasures of an Aspen visit.

Why Aspen With Me Works

I've been here. I know the mountain, the restaurants, the bars and the particular rhythm of an Aspen day — early on the slopes, Cloud 9 in the afternoon, J-Bar in the evening, somewhere extraordinary for dinner, and then wherever the night takes us.

I ski blues confidently and I look good doing it. I know how to do après ski properly — from St. Anton to Snowmass, I've had considerable practice. And I genuinely love this town in a way that makes the whole experience more fun for everyone involved.

Practical Details

✈️ Getting there: Fly directly into Aspen/Pitkin County Airport — skip the 6.75 hour drive from Salt Lake City entirely. I've done the drive and I vastly prefer arriving by air. The airport approach alone — descending between towering mountain walls — is worth the flight. Short connection from Salt Lake City.

💳 Deposit: 25% secures any FMTY booking.

📅 Lead time: One week minimum — ski season fills up fast, more notice is always better.
