✈️ Airfare is prepaid — flights are arranged and paid for before I travel. This is non-negotiable and completely standard for any serious FMTY arrangement
💳 25% deposit required — a travel deposit secures your booking and covers initial arrangements
🔒 Security verification required — I travel to meet strangers in unfamiliar cities. A basic verification process protects us both and is required for all FMTY bookings. Serious clients understand and appreciate this completely
📅 One week minimum lead time — good FMTY arrangements take a little planning. A week's notice is the minimum; more is always better for securing flights and logistics
🏨 Accommodation — hotel arrangements are discussed at booking. I'm happy to stay at your hotel or arrange my own depending on the nature of the trip
