Athletic Escort — What It Actually Means When It's Real ⛷️

My idea of athletic is sleeping in, skiing a few hours, yoga in the afternoon and a glass of wine somewhere in between.
Not exactly the Olympic training schedule some people imagine when they see the word athletic in an escort profile. But genuinely, authentically active in a way that shapes everything about who I am — how I move, how I feel, how I show up and how much fun I have doing all of it. 😊
What Athletic Actually Means. ⛷️
Athletic does not mean extreme. It does not mean grueling workouts or competing for anything other than the sheer pleasure of moving and being outside doing something I love.
It means genuinely enjoying an active life in the most sensible, sustainable and thoroughly enjoyable way possible. Average to above average at most things. Exceptionally good at a few. My ego is not tied to any of it — it is not a competition. It is simply the joy of movement. ✓
I am not hardcore. I am simply genuinely active — and there is a particular quality that comes from that. A comfort in my own body. An ease of movement. An enthusiasm for the outdoors that is completely real.
And yes — I tore my right ACL at some point in my adventures. I am appropriately sensible about that now. Happily, carefully and still absolutely loving every minute of it. ✓
On the Slopes. ⛷️
I ski. Really ski — not just the bunny hill.
I know Park City's mountains well and Jackson Hole is where the runs get properly serious. I stick to blue squares mostly — beautiful, groomed and completely enjoyable — with the occasional groomed black diamond when the conditions are just right. No heroics. No ego. Just genuine joy coming down a mountain with nothing required of me except presence and a decent pair of goggles. ⛷️
There is something about skiing / snowboarding that I find completely freeing. The cold air, the speed, the particular lightness of it. I love every minute.
On the Course. ⛳
I golf. I am a beginner — double and triple bogeys are my natural habitat and I drop a lot of pink balls along the way.
I have played La Quinta in Palm Springs and various courses throughout Utah and I genuinely love the game — not because I am good at it but because I am enjoying the learning process completely. The pace of it. The beauty of the courses. The particular satisfaction of an occasional decent shot that makes you feel like you actually know what you are doing. 🏌️♀️
Golf dates are some of my absolute favorites. Come find me on the fairway — I will be the one retrieving a pink ball from somewhere creative. 😄
Underwater. 🤿
This is where things get genuinely interesting.
I am a certified scuba diver and I have had experiences underwater that most people only see in documentaries. Swimming with dusky dolphins in Kaikoura New Zealand — genuinely one of the most extraordinary encounters of my life. Playful, curious and completely wild. 🤿
And then there is the Great Blue Hole in Belize — Jacques Cousteau's famous dive site, one of the top five scuba diving locations in the world. Hammerhead sharks in open water, stalactites descending into the deep and the particular calm that comes from being completely present in something genuinely magnificent. ✓
Scuba diving taught me something important: the ocean demands presence, calm and genuine respect. I bring all three. 😊
Yoga. 🧘
Yoga is where I come back to myself.
The genuine practice of slowing down, paying attention and being completely present in my own body. I find it both grounding and energizing — it keeps me flexible, centered and genuinely happy in my own skin. A good yoga session after a ski morning is one of life's genuine pleasures. 🧘
The Hula Hoop. 😄
I feel I should mention this.
I am genuinely, legitimately excellent at hula hooping. Not casually good — I used to teach it. There is something about hula hooping that allows adults to be children again — to laugh, to play and to completely forget about being dignified for a few minutes. It is also an extraordinary core workout. I can do tricks.
Perhaps I will show you one day. I can teach you a trick or two. 😉
A Note on Athletic.
I enjoy movement for the sheer joy of it. Not for ego. Not for competition. Simply because moving feels wonderful and being outside feels even better.
And if we are being completely honest — certain other activities also require a particular kind of athleticism. I will leave that thought right there. 😉
What This Means for You. ⛷️
It means your companion is genuinely comfortable outdoors, genuinely enthusiastic about active dates and genuinely fun to be active with.
A ski day in Jackson Hole. A round of golf somewhere beautiful — pink balls included. A dive trip somewhere extraordinary. An afternoon of yoga followed by a very well earned glass of wine.
That sounds like exactly the right kind of day. 😊
