I'm good for about three solid hours on the slopes before my quads start burning and my ACL starts sending polite reminders that it's been through enough. Yes, I tore my right ACL skiing moguls at Snowbird — so moguls and I have an understanding now. I ski carefully, not recklessly.

I'm an Above Average Skier — But I Know My Limits

You'll find me carving down blue squares most of the day, confident and comfortable on the mountain. ⛷️ If there's a nicely groomed black diamond calling my name I might take it. But moguls? We already covered that.

A Perfect Day Is More Than Just the Slopes

Here's what I've learned about great ski dates — the skiing, the lodge, the hot tub, the dinner — it's all of these things combined that create a truly magical day. It's skiing into the lodge afterward, cheeks flushed from the cold, settling into a chair by the fire with a hot toddy in hand and nowhere to be. 🍸

Hot Tub, Massage, Then Dinner

After the lodge warmup, a hot tub is non-negotiable for me. And if we're being honest, a massage wouldn't hurt either — three hours of carving takes a toll on this petite body. 😉 It's the perfect way to transition from the athletic part of the day to the evening ahead — muscles relaxed, mind unwinding, good company all around.

Then dinner. Not a rushed dinner — a real one. My favorite spot in Jackson is Kampai, a tiny sushi restaurant downtown on King Street. It's itty bitty, always packed, and absolutely worth it. Great sushi, a bottle of hot saké, and plenty of time to actually get to know each other. That's where the magic really happens.

Getting to Jackson, Wyoming

Most of my Jackson clients fly me out — and honestly, I prefer it that way. But I also make the drive from Park City several times a year — 4 hours and 43 minutes, 207 miles — assuming no traffic, no storms rolling in off the snow-capped Tetons 🏔️, and most importantly, no cows crossing the highway. lol Wyoming keeps it interesting. 🐄
